The Swedish Arbitration Days is a two-day conference arranged biannually by the SAA. The conference is arranged in Stockholm in September and brings together the views of leading international arbitration practitioners, world renowned arbitrators, scholars and other experts.

The Swedish Arbitration Days have been arranged twice, in 2008 on the issue of “Public Policy in International Arbitration” and in 2010 on the issue of “Damages and Other Relief in International Arbitration”.

The Swedish Arbitration Days will be arranged again on 13-14 September 2012 and will then be focusing on the issue of “Evidence in International Arbitration”. A more detailed program will follow later.
